Rypollete Vargas ("Rypollete Vargas", "we") operates the NCLEX-RN prep service at bulletrntutoring.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, profile photo (from Google or email sign-up)
• Payment confirmation metadata (status, grant timestamps) — we do not collect GCash PIN or card numbers in-app
• Learning activity: practice attempts, scores, study-plan cards, and progress
• Technical logs needed to secure and operate the service
• Optional product analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) such as page views — no advertising profiles are sold

How we use information

• Authenticate you and grant or revoke course access
• Deliver tutoring content, analytics, live sessions, and support
• Improve product quality and prevent abuse

Sharing

We use processors such as Firebase/Google Cloud for auth and data storage, and Vercel for hosting/analytics. Messenger is used only as the channel you choose for payment receipts. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain account and learning records while your lifetime access is active and as needed for security, accounting, and legal obligations. You may email us to request access or deletion where applicable.
